<p>Blended from 95% Pinot Noir from old-vine parcels in Verzy and Verzenay (both Grand Cru), plus 5% red wine, <em>Les 2 Terroirs</em> is Adrien Renoir’s signature rosé cuvée. After hand-harvest, the base wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, drawn from strictly organic and biodynamic farming practices.</p><p>This Extra-Brut bottling (~2 g/L dosage) spends 24+ months on lees before disgorgement (early 2024), producing mousse that is fine and persistent with electric tension</p>
