While most Ochota wines come from single vineyards in South Australia, the grapes for this one are sourced from two sites nestled at 550 metres of altitude in the Adelaide Hills. Expect florals and forest floor aromas, as well as classic red fruit like strawberry and wild raspberry. A silky mouthfeel with light tannins, and mouthwatering acidity. </p><p>Ochota Barrels is a boutique winery established by Taras Ochota in 2008. In the last years, they gained a reputation for the innovative and natural approach to winemaking.
