<p> Agr. Az. D’Addario Next Susumaniello IGT Puglia 2019 </p><p><p> VINTAGE: 2019 </p><p> PRODUCTION AREA: Turi, in the heart of Murgia. The area benefits from a karst/limestone soil which is ideal for the cultivation of vines, with hilly reliefs that reach up to 300 meters above sea level whose large day/night temperature variations are ideal for the aromatic concentration of the grapes. </p><p> AGING: malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques (medium toasting) for approximately 3|4 months. </p><p> ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES: deep ruby ​​red colour. The nose reveals hints of red fruits among which plum stands out, combined with herbaceous and spicy notes. On the palate it is complex, fresh and pleasantly tannic; along the finale. </p><p> SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 – 18° </p><p> FOOD PAIRINGS: ideal in combination with beef, pork, lamb and tasty first courses. </p><p> VARIETY: Susumaniello IGT Puglia. </p><p> ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%. </p><p> VOLUME: 750 ml. </p>
