It’s crisp and refreshing, and bursting with a saline minerality. Easy to drink and easy to love, this is a great wine to crack open among friends. The grapes are grown according to biodynamic principles and are hand-harvested, before being fermented with ambient yeasts and maturing for 6 months on the lees.
