It has a dense, fruity palate, a long finish, and enough acidity that it won’t weigh you down. The producer has intentionally trapped some of the CO2 to give it a spritzy texture, making it almost fizzy. Give it some air if you can, to get the full expression.</p><p>Alfredo Maestro Tejero’s vineyards are located within the Ribera del Duero. His are completely natural wines, with no sulphur added in the vineyard or the winery.
