<p>VEGAN / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>A delicate colour, aromas of peony and red rose. 100% whole bunch maceration brings chocolate and spice to the table, while very delicate extraction keeps the core of vibrant red fruits. Aged in 7-10yo 500ltr barrels for length. Classic red burgundy with a persistent finish. </p><p>Formerly a biochemist and physiologist Pierre Fenals set up shop in Burgundy in 2009, farming 7 hectares across the Côte de Beaune. He practices biodynamic farming, and specialises in ‘lees aging’, or aging with the natural yeasts.
