A variety of herbs and roots, harvested from the high-altitude pastures of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, combined with the essential oils of clove, bitter orange, rhubarb and cinnamon, create a successful blend of strong flavours with a southern flavour. In total, almost 30 herbs and fruits are represented. The digestif contains no conventional sugar, but owes its sweet note to the valuable xylitol, also known as birch sugar. This is a long-chain alcohol with a sweet taste on the tongue that can be enjoyed without any problems even by a diabetic.
