It is beautifully crisp and has hints of summer berries and watermelon with a delightful effervescence and aromatic red berry aromas.</p><p>We combine traditional methods with innovative technology to create what we believe is the most tasty non-alcoholic sparkling wine on the market.</p><p>The grapes are harvest, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process, before being dealcoholized via very gentle methods; which include distillation at low temperature & a patented method of aroma recovery. This way, we preserve the properties of the wine only without the alcohol. The result is an uncompromising wine alternative.</p><p>Perfect as an aperitif, and with chicken, charcuterie, salmon, quinoa, salads, pizza, soft cheese and snacks.</p>
