<p>The grapes of this vine are harvested manually as they once were, and after a short maceration phase, they are delicately pressed.</p><p>After the malolactic fermentation in 500 l wooden barrels, maturation on the coarse lees follows for 12 months in the large wooden barrel. During this phase, the yeasts are kept in suspension by mixing at regular intervals. The wine is then stored in steel barrels for a year and subsequently bottled and aged for another 3 months.</p><p>This Chardonnay shows a golden yellow, intense and brilliant color.</p><p>On the nose it releases notes of tropical fruits with scented hints of vanilla; while on the finish an intense but discreet note of wood stands out.</p><p>On the palate it is all to be discovered.
