Bright lemon colour. On the nose it is an intense wine, with complex aromas of rose petals, grapefruit, passion fruit and subtle notes of ginger. In the mouth it is concentrated, soft and fresh. Well balanced with great length.Food Match: A great wine to enjoy as an aperitif, or with salads and vegetarian dishes. Gewürztraminer loves oriental cooking, especially sushi, curry and spicy food. It also complements fruit salads and desserts, an attribute shared by only a few varieties.
