Slowly approaching the nose, a harmony of aromas invades us ranging from honey to the typical hints of Mediterranean scrub, rosemary and oregano, all against a background of bitter orange peel. Savoring a small quantity we find a rich, rounded and enveloping flavour, characterized by notes of liquorice and spices. The mouth remains clean.</p>
