Giovanni (70CL, 30.0% Vol.)A skilful mix of herbs and spices, cultivated with care and carefully preserved in the Convent’s herbarium: it is from here that our friars started to create their extraordinary bitter, tonic and refreshing, which gave joy to anyone who drank it.</p><p>Today, more than five centuries after its birth, the Convent of San Giovanni comes back to life.We enriched the original recipe by infusing the herbs in the 35-year-aged brandy and finishing everything with a passage in the barrel, but its soul remained the same: a soft, spicy Amaro Riserva, which tastes of the little things that make you happy. </p>
