<p>A juicy wine, full of fruity personality! Delicate and crunchy, based on a unique version of a batch of Jean and Tinta Pinheira.</p><p>Winemaking: Lot dominated by Jaen, around 80%, completed by Tinta Pinheira. Jaen, fermented, de-stemmed, in a stainless steel tank. The alcoholic fermentation in the doughs has not finished, to preserve fruit and delicate tannin. Tinta Pinheira fermented in a press with around 15% whole bunch. Batch made after completion of alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic made in stainless steel tank, later racked. Always kept in stainless steel, until light pre-bottling filtration.</p><p>Tasting Notes</p><p>Medium intensity ruby, violet edge, bright. Intense notes of fresh red fruit – blackberries, crushed strawberries, slight herbal, cherry, fragrant and beautifully complex. Mouth with crisp, fresh and intense acidity. Delicate, smooth and crunchy tannin. Excellent set, good balance and great aftertaste.</p>
