<p>Appealing aromas of fresh red fruit and a touch of black pepper spice. A fresh, medium-bodied style with red and black berry fruit characters, and a hint of spice balanced by tangy acidity.</p><p>Produced from Sangiovese grapes from the Salento peninsula in southern Puglia. Traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, with six days spent on skins. No oak ageing.</p><p>Ideal with simple pasta tossed in butter and Parmesan or with tomato based sauces.</p>
