<p>Only after a careful selection of the vines and an adequate ripening of the grapes on the plant, the grapes from which Anima is born are harvested. </p><p>Its color is bright straw yellow.</p><p>With hints of ripe, but really ripe fruit that is almost starting to ferment. The flavor is sapid, balanced and harmonious, recalling ripe fruit, and very persistent on the palate, with a beautiful fruity aftertaste.</p>
