A lively and pure-fruited Tuscan wine that embodies the freshness of its coastal terroir. The fruit comes from dry, breezy vineyards with strong influence from the Mediterranean, giving a light and refreshing flavour profile with notes of lime, green apple, and hints of dried herbs and sea spray lingering on the finish. A natural choice to pair with seafood.

Antonio Camillo, a native of Tuscany, worked for 15 years as a cellar master at top estates before starting his own venture. He purchased two ancient, organic vineyards at the border of Lazio, totalling 5 hectares, and produces natural wines alongside a host of other young, innovative producers that are making a name for themselves in this part of the world. The grapes for this Vermentino come from 20-year-old vineyards in Capalbio, with loamy soils and a strong sand component. After harvesting in September, vinification takes place in stainless steel before aging in concrete vats for 6 months and in bottle for 3.

Origin: Tuscany, ItalyVintage: 2023Grape varieties: VermentinoFood pairings: Fish, Shellfish, Salads, Vegetarian dishes, PastaBottle size: 75clABV: 13%

ORGANIC / LOW SULPHITE
