<p><em>If you are a Rum-lover, this could be your daily sipper. </em></p><p><em>Appleton Estate</em> sits in the Jamaican “Cockpit Country” of <em>Nassau valley</em>, an amazingly unique area of rain forest with steeply domed hills and narrow valleys filled with some of the finest “<em>terra rosa</em>” soils on the planet. Appleton controls the entire process from cane to bottle, and it shows. They have a complete range of <em>Rum spirits</em> to choose from, including young, light Rum for mixing drinks to intensely flavorful aged spirits for sipping and savoring. </p><p><em>Appleton Estate Rum Signature Blend </em>is just that … their <em>signature product</em>. Appleton makes only quality stuff, and this is a blend of <em>15 </em>of their own Rums of different batches, ages, and casks. Since it is a blend, it’s hard to say how old it really is—some of the Rum is young, and some is VERY old—but it has an “<em>average” age of just over four </em><em>years</em>, if that makes sense.
