When settlers first arrived, they called the place a “Land of Silver” eventually leading to Argentina’s official name.</p><p>Mendoza sits high in the foothills of El Plata Mountain, named by the Spanish for silver. In line with Argento’s philosophy, we hand pick vineyards from the best regions around Mendoza, each with its own personality, allowing us to create fresh, intense wines of fruit purity and finesse. </p>
