But then there’s young, fiercely anti-establishment winemaker Arianna Occhipinti, determined to prove that there’s more. Made from Albanella and Muscat, this is aromatic – with blossom, ripe citrus and mineral salt – and textural. A touch of skin maceration provides a bit of grip.</p>
