<p>Barolo, Barbaresco… Valtellina? Nebbiolo from this steep Alpine valley has the character and the history to rival Piedmont’s most renowned wines. ARPEPE owns 13 hectares in the heart of Valtellina. The high, sheer terraced sites must be worked entirely by hand, and tradition demands long, slow winemaking. This is old-school Nebbiolo that combines power and delicacy.
