<p>Delightfully fruity, this is a punchy wine with complexity and lively acidity. Fermented with indigenous yeast only, an minimal sulphur added at bottling. It opens with deep aromas of black plum, crushed blackberry, and soft cassis. On the palate, it’s both generous and silky in texture yet structured, with fine tannins and a lingering finish of dark chocolate. Notes of wild mint, thyme, and cracked pepper add a rustic edge.</p><p>Started out as a team born in Ollieux Romanis with a philosophy of life and work rooted in their terroirs, Artisans Partisans is now made of four organically farmed estates, between Corbières and Limoux appellations. Their aim is to offer high-quality wines that respect nature, designed and crafted by winemakers committed to respecting and promoting biodiversity.
