Also an earthy undertone, with some sort of mint and herbaceous notes. Notes of liquorice and acidic vinegar. </p><p> Taste: Sweetness of candy and cough syrup with a lingering smokiness. Pleasant and drinkable. Simple and easy. </p><p> Finish: Comes out on the palate with a hint of sweetness before it turns into woody bitterness, with a bit of nuttiness to accompany a short and simple finish. </p>
