Crafted by Jesús in the La Quinta vineyard, this unique red brings together red and white native varieties all co-fermented without de-stemming and using only indigenous yeasts. The short, energetic fermentation takes place in traditional horizontal cement tanks, followed by a year of ageing in neutral French oak barrels, and bottling without fining or filtration.</p><p>The result is a wine that’s light in body but full of tension and character. Juicy red fruit, citrus lift, and earthy depth.
