When the bottle is young, or when diluted or chilled ­ fresher, spicy notes of pink pepper, juniper and cardamom are prominent. Over time, however, the liquid evolves and warms up ­ allowing notes of patisserie; vanilla, tonka and honey to come to the forefront.
