<p>This cuvée unites certified-organic Grand Cru Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (“Rose et Jutées”) with a perpetual-reserve of Pinot Noir from Puisieulx (“Les Petites Vignes”). Fermentations are spontaneous; Chardonnay is raised on lees in barrel without racking, and the Pinot Noir réserve perpétuelle—initiated in 2016—is refreshed annually. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and finished Extra Brut using a liqueur based on the Pinot Noir reserve. It is precise and chalk-driven, with citrus-zest tension from Mesnil and added breadth and savory complexity from the Puisieulx Pinot, leading to a long, elegant finish.</p><p>Arrives late Sept / early October, 2025.</p>
