As the name indicates it is a highly aromatic wine with toffee notes. This Oloroso is very slightly sweetened to leave a smooth satisfying finish in the mouth.Mahogany in colour and aromas reminiscent of noble oak and dried fruit and nuts. Syrupy on the palate.Food Match: Dry oloroso sherries have a rich, umami character and the wines pair well with meat dishes where a red wine is often served.
