Intense aromas of ripe cherries with complex notes of minerals, tea leaves and rose petals.</p><p>Severe and ripe tannins, fresh acidity and round and feminine structure.</p><p>This Barbaresco demonstrates incredible finesse, excellent balance and a long and persistent finish.</p><p>Pairing: baked or roasted white meats, grilled or grilled meats and vegetables, stewed meat, game, roasts, cheeses.</p><p>Serving temperature: 18 °C. Uncork the bottle at least 2 hours before serving.</p><p>
