<p>Produced by fermentation and maceration for about 8-10 days with indigenous yeasts and a short maceration in contact with the pomace. Subsequently, to structure the wine, it is aged in wood for about 12 months.</p><p>It has an intense red color and violet reflections. The 12-month long refinement gives the Berbera hints of dried fruit and balsamic notes. To move on to the sip with a full and round body that is very elegant and long thanks to the remarkable acidity.</p>
