<p>The Vermentino Superiore Belguardo V from Mazzei is the result of an advanced research project, transplanting Vermentino clones from Corsica into Tuscany, and is born in vineyards located on the Grosseto hills.</p><p>It is produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested at the beginning of September and fermented at a low temperature of about 16°C for 30 days.</p><p>It exhibits the most extreme characteristics of Tyrrhenian Vermentino. Sunny, with great sapidity and good minerality, it has hints of yellow-fleshed fruits and exotic fruits, enriched by notes of almond and honey. On the palate, it reveals all its structure, leaving a pleasant bitter note, typical of the grape variety, on the finish.</p><p>Perfect for accompanying fish-based dishes and tasty white meats, it is ideal with creamy risottos and porcini mushrooms.</p>
