Dedar Silkbirds the chosen motif, inspired by 17th century Chinese Coromandel decorations. The subtle line with an ancient soul and the contrast dictated by the chromatic choice give a sophisticated image. A harmony rediscovered in the round and sensual movement of the Nymphaeum of the Villa of Pope Julius III in Rome.</p><p><p>Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best vintages, it comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in high hill vineyards. The selection of the bunches is meticulous to say the least, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. Once assembled, the cuvée ages in the cellar for a minimum of 4 years. The abundant foam, the very fine perlage and the golden straw color announce bewitching and sweet aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and noisette.
