From one of the oldest and most respected estates in Chablis, this wine is grown on steep, south-facing slopes rich in Kimmeridgian limestone, which imparts its signature minerality. On the nose, it offers citrus peel, white flowers, and a touch of flint. The palate is taut and elegant, with racy acidity, fine texture, and a long, saline finish.
