<p>Bernard Massard Cuvee de L’Ecusson Brut NV (37.5cl) The winery was established in 1921 by a young and brilliant wine-maker fromLuxembourg, Jean Bernard-Massard, who had learnt his skills in Champagne. With the financial support of a small group of enthusiasts from Luxembourgand Belgium, he brought his project to fruition with the construction of thebeautiful Grevenmacher winery on the banks of the Moselle River. Havingbeen managed by Jean Bernard-Massard until his death in 1937, the companywas subsequently led by the Clasen family. Grape Varieties 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Blanc, 10% Riesling, 15% Pinot Noir. Tasting Note: Good balance between the different grapes thatcompose this “Cuvée”. An elegant buttery nose withexpressive aromas (fruit, citrus).
