<p>This is the second batch in a series of cask-aged gins. This edition, consisting of only 70 bottles, has used the Biggar Old Tom Gin and been rested in a 30-litre Chestnut cask. We recommend trying this in a Martinez or a Manhattan cocktail.</p>
