<p>The signature gin from The Biggar Gin Co. is crafted in small batches and combines some traditional and modern botanicals. On the nose, mellow, aromatic citrus with a hint of hedgerows marrying with gentle spice. On the palate, smooth and initially sweet followed by an almost creamy juniper and citrus burst. To finish, complex but smooth spice cooled by notes of lavender and rounded out by woody cassia.</p>
