<p> Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch 2 (70CL, 52.2% Vol.) </p><p> Distilled at the Bimber distillery located in London with the first casks being laid on 26 May 2016. This expression was set to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks for an undisclosed period of time before being bottled as a batch number two at the beginning of October 2020 with just 2,950 bottles produced. </p><p><p> Tasting notes: </p><p> Color: Liquid gold. </p><p> Aroma: green apples, apricot, creme brulée. Then here’s lemon, marzipan and butter shortcrust pastry. Also some coconut and acacia honey. </p><p> Palate: Full-bodied and enveloping, with ripe pears, caramel and banana candies. A little more lemon and grapefruit, then cappuccino and honey </p><p> Finish: Long, persistent, honey, vanilla and apricots. </p>
