<p>Bitter Gamondi is the best known traditional aperitif. Deep red in color, it comes from the infusion of carefully selected herbs and aromatic plants to offer an intense, strong and decisive flavour.</p><p>In the mouth it is rather dry and decidedly bitter. A truly indispensable product for making must-haves such as Americano and Negroni thanks to its particular composition: bark, gentian, absinthe, cinchona, Cape aloe and rhubarb, with the addition of the citrus note given by the infusion of sweet orange peel and bitter.</p><p>Excellent if enjoyed smooth, on the rocks or as a base for extraordinary cocktails.</p>
