Originally, the company was blending, reducing, and aging just whiskies, but in 2021, the company developed its first, 100% French and 100% organic Gin.</p><p>In developing its vision of a Gin, the company has not only taken advantage of the pure water source in Montagne Noire, but also the endemic flora of Occitania. The company has joined forces with a herbalist to come up with a recipe for the lightest, freshest, aromatically richest bio-organic Gin you can imagine.
