<p> Blair Athol 14 Year Old North Star Spirits (70CL, 49.0% ABV)</p><p> A single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, bottled by independent bottlers North Star Spirits. Distilled in September 2006, matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask and then finished in a PX sherry cask and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Unchill filtered, naturally colored and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750 ml)</p><p><p> Nose: Homemade macaroons and peaches straight from the tin.</p></p><p> Palate: Sweet sticky toffee pudding and caramel sauce.</p><p><p> Finish: Crumble of burnt and crunchy blackberries.</p>
