After the first fermentation, we bottle the base wine, inducing fermentation according to the classic method, during which it ages on the yeast for 24-30 months.Matching:The Extra Brut is light and digestible with only 3g/l of residual sugar and low alcohol content of 12% by volume. It is therefore ideally suited as an aperitif and as a dish companion.
