<p>The Three-Botanical Gin.</p><p>Bloom is so called because of its floral nature, the Distillery itself is <em>very traditional</em>, using a copper pot still that is charged with neutral wheat Spirit, fresh spring water and the botanicals and left to steep for 24 hours before distillation. Winners of <em>numerous high profile</em> awards, this Distillery and Gin are well worth exploring further. </p><p>Bloom London Dry Gin is made using just <em>three botanicals</em> – honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile<em>. </em>This Gin is <em>very light</em> and <em>floral</em> in taste and composition.
