<p>Extended time on lees give this elegant Godello added complexity and charm.</p><p>Appealing aromas of apple and pear alongide floral notes and hints of fennel. The palate is complex and textural with stone fruit, white spice and a lightly bitter twist on the finish.</p><p>Produced from old vine Godello fruit, selected from gobelet-trained vines over 80 years old. After fermentation the wine spends 9 months on fine lees before bottling.</p><p>A good match for Asian-inspired chicken and fish dishes</p>
