<p>A star is born.</p><p><em>Bombay Sapphire</em> is one of the best known and <em>most popular Gins in the world</em>. It was created in <em>1986 by International Distillers & Vintners</em> which was part of the mega-merger that created Diageo. Diageo sold the brand to <em>Bacardi </em>in <em>1997 </em>where it has been raised to flagship status. The entire line of Gins is still produced in England by the famous <em>G&J Greenall</em> — long makers of some of the world’s best Gins — in a new, purpose-built facility and visitor center in Whitchurch, Hampshire.</p><p><em>Star Of Bombay Gin</em> is a <em>bolder version of their signature offering</em>. Two botanicals are added to the classic recipe of 10 carefully chosen botanicals: <em>ambrette seeds from Ecuador</em> and <em>dried bergamot orange peel</em> that was hand-picked in <em>Calabria</em>, Italy. To preserve all the flavors, the vapor infusion process is slowed down and distillation takes longer. It’s worth it: the rich aromas and deeper flavors manage to stand out in a Martini without overwhelming it. A truly <em>unique Gin.</em></p>
