<p>Braeval 15 Year Old 1997 (cask 9888) – Old Malt Cask (Hunter Laing) (70cl, 50%)</p><p>Nose: Creamy vanilla and orchard fruit: peach, grape skin, sandalwood grains and honey create a nice nose on this. delicate and needs time to develop.</p><p>Palate: Pepper and spice, on the first wave of flavors, give way to coconut, vanilla and fruit with a nice maltiness with some nuts and spicy wood. chocolate chips on the second wave… plus lemon zest.</p><p>Finish: lemon peel, pepper, chocolate, coconut and wood. </p>
