<p>A gluten-free, vegan, and delicious Gin from Brighton.</p><p>It all started back in <em>2012 </em>with a vision and some experimenting – with some attempts more successful than others. But then, they did it. Founded by <em>Kathy Caton</em>, a Gin that embodies the Spirit of Brighton was finally born. Unusual, playful, and fiercely independent, just like the seaside city it was named for, it’s crafted from 100% organic wheat. The lead distiller Paul personally peels fresh oranges and limes to obtain some lively zest for the two Gins in their range:<em> Pavilion and Seaside</em>. A crafted <em>premium British Gin</em> that’s hand-made in small batches of just 250 bottles. And BTW, it’s<em> gluten-free!</em> And<em> 100% vegan</em>. And it’s won prestigious awards. And it went to Oxford. (One of these is false.)</p><p><em>Handcrafted </em>from 100% wheat yet gluten-free, <em>Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength</em> is made with juniper, orange and lime peel, coriander seeds, spice, angelica, and local milk thistle from the South Downs. It’s clear and bright with subtle juniper notes and orange flavors. Gentle, soft, and approachable, it won <em>Gold at the 2017 International Wine & Spirits Competitions </em>and <em>Silver at the 2018 nternational Wine & Spirits Competitions for Gin & Tonic</em>.
