<p>The Brunello di Montalcino of the La Palazzetta company originates from careful care of the grapes and careful selection in the vineyard during the harvest which is peremptorily done by hand. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature and maceration of about 20 days with native yeasts, to then continue with malolactic fermentation. It is aged in French oak barrels for about 3.5 years and aged for 6 months.</p><p>A wine that has a ruby red color tending towards garnet. The olfactory examination reveals a perfume intense and enveloping, rich in aromas, with fruity notes of blackberry and blueberry that combine with sweet hints of chocolate.</p><p>A portentous red, with a full body, good acidity and the presence of evident tannins. A glass with an enveloping finish, long and persistent on the palate, which offers sensational sensations, best appreciated if combined with meat dishes, roasts, game and aged cheeses.</p>
