<p>Since 1983, Maison Bruno Paillard has proudly displayed the disgorgement date on every bottle, a pioneering move in the region. Disgorgement marks the beginning of a new evolution in the wine’s life. Over time, the wine transitions through several aromatic stages, moving from fresh fruit to floral tones, then through layers of spice, toast, candied fruit, and finally, rich roasted notes. Each phase adding to its complexity.This 2015 disgorgement of the Première Cuvée presents a pale golden hue in the glass. The nose is rich and expressive, with layered aromas of pear, baked apple with honey and cinnamon, complemented by umami notes of almond and hazelnut. The palate is fresh and with depth, it offers flavours of bruised and dried apple, leading to a refined finish of roasted almond. The texture is silky, with a lengthy finish.
