The agave is crushed with a tahona after being slowly cooked in an earthen pit, and then allowed to naturally ferment. It has undergone two distillations in copper stills and has mouthwatering aromas of o range peel, fresh fruit, whilst, chamomile, mineral, and honey notes appear on the tongue.
