<p>After two years of experimenting with various recipes in our Hawkins Distillery Kitchen, we proudly present Bryn’s Gin – a London Dry Gin perfectly balanced with traditional botanicals.</p><p>Our founder and distiller was inspired by a simple, unadulterated Gin and Tonic, resulting in a juniper-forward profile with playful citrus notes and a warm, spicy finish.</p><p>To preserve the delicate flavours of our hand-selected botanicals, we use vapour infusion methods.</p><p>According to one satisfied customer, this gin is a great match with elderflower tonic and raspberry.</p><p>Join us in raising a glass to many more delicious gins to come.
