Located on the hills overlooking Bude on the picturesque Cornish coast, the distillery takes inspiration from the surrounding landscape.The Production ProcessBude Gin starts with a base of juniper and fresh citrus botanicals. It is then infused with 9 other botanicals including seaweeds harvested from Cornwall’s rocky shores – kelp and bladderwrack. These provide depth and minerality. Cardamom and grains of paradise lend fragrant spice notes and a subtle peppery finish.Tasting NotesNose: Juniper led, with citrus freshness and coastal notes of brine and seaweed.
