Coming from a long line of entrepreneurs, his passion for great-tasting, quirky cuisine translated neatly into crafting his own premium beverages. So he founded Buss Spirits and <em>the first Gin & Tonic bar in Belgium</em>—Bar Bounce—in 2013. In just a few years this little distillery has created six different award-winning Gins, two premium Tonic mixers, two limited edition liqueurs, and now a Rum. And it seems to us that Serge Buss is just getting started.</p><p><em>Buss No.509 Persian Peach</em> is one of two limited edition Gins coming out of the Serge Buss’ crafty mind (the other is an elderflower Gin). It is built upon his multi-gold-medal-winning White Rain Gin. But he spins it with the addition of some specially imported Persian peaches and serves it up at a softer 40% ABV. Do not be confused. This is NOT a peach Liqueur. It is every bit <em>a fresh, modern Gin</em>, but with a <em>hint of peach </em>that is more aroma than flavor. But the combination is spell-binding. It’s like sipping a super-premium Gin in a Preach orchard at dusk.</p>
